Your satisfaction is our top priority here at Anne's Vintage Charm. When you purchase an item from our online store and are not happy with the item, you may return it for an exchange or refund!
Our Return and Exchange Policy
1. You must notify us by Email within 14 days after you receive your item(s).
2. Returns must be sent out to us within 48hr after notification.
3. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without alternations or damage in order to receive your refund/exchange. Please include your sales receipt.
4. All postage costs incurred for both journeys will be deducted from refunded amount.
International Returns - The customer is responsible for the return of items intended for refund and any costs incurred. It is the responsibility of the customer to label the return package accordingly so as to avoid unnecessary charges when re-entering the UK. If there are any charges incurred for returning the items, that are out of our control, such as customs/import duties, these will be deducted from the refund amount.
