Anne's Vintage Charm was born from a love of beautifully made vintage jewellery and the individual character found in pieces from the past.
Every piece is personally selected for its quality, craftmanship, condition and timeless appeal.
Each item is carefully examined before being offered for sale, with particular attention paid to silver markings, hallmarks and individual character.

As with all vintage and antique jewellery, each piece has its own story. Any age-related wear or individual characteristics are carefully considered and clearly described.
Packaging
Your order arrives in a beautiful gift box, perfect for gifting or keeping. We include original boxes whenever they are available, though these are rare for vintage finds.

We hope you love your purchase, but if it isn't quite right , you can return it.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return an item. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.
Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate refund or replacement, including reasonable return postage where appropriate.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers should contact us within 14 days of receiving their order if they wish to make a return. Once we have been notified, the item should be returned within a further 14 days, unless different rights apply under laws of your country.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they reach us.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges paid in the destination country are the customers responsibility.
These charges are not collected by Anne's Vintage Charm and may need to be reclaimed seperately from the relevant customs authority if goods are returned.
Please clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS where appropriate to help avoid unnecessary import charges when it comes back to the UK.
